COMPETITION! Win a ‘Nevertheless She Persisted’ Pendant!

Pendique Lockets is owned by a local Lady, Nicola Yates.

She is a work at home mum that has run a successful beads, crafts & handmade jewellery company for several years.

Nicola has kindly donated a pendant to TMBZ to give away to one lucky lady!

Now, I love this phrase and the image you see is of the one she did for me, hence the breastfeeding image (this will be optional for the winner of course).

To win, tell us what the phrase means to you.

What have you had to pull your big girls pant on and persist with?

Please like Nicola’s page also!

Can I enter on behalf of my Sister please, this phrase is very apt for her at the minute. Not wanting to ramble and to cut a very long story short, almost 2 years ago her partner sustained very serious head injuries and as a result have changed their lives dramatically. He is still not home. She has dealt with everything like a warrior whilst caring for 2 very young children and has still managed to smile I really don’t know how she’s done it and continues to do so!

“You make a living by what you get but you make a life for what you get” Winston Churchill quote which is also tattooed on my thigh. It is very meaningful but ever so personal to my life and what I have achieved being a single parent. I believe all women should stand for what they believe in, take the chances what arise and just believe in themselves as anything is possible if you carry on being positive.
